Finished reading...

...'Obama's Wars' by Bob Woodward. This is only the second book by him that I have read, the first being 'Veil:The Secret Wars of the CIA', which I read a long long time ago.
In my view the book represents very clearly the timidness of US journalism, where, if journalists get hold of a secret document, they inform the 'authorities' before publishing it, then take the concerns of the 'authorities' into account so as not to publish information that may harm 'national security'. But then, doing this keeps access to the centers of power going, which results in more books like this, and obviously, more royalties for the authors.
